WAYNE ROONEY BECOMES THE SECOND PLAYER TO SCORE 200 PREMIER LEAGUE GOALS

Wayne Rooney scored the 200th Premier League goal of his career on Monday, when he struck for Everton against Manchester City, in their 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium.
Rooney met Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s pass with his left foot and sent it through the legs of City goalkeeper Ederson in the 35th minute.

It was his second league goal since he returned to Everton after 13 years at Manchester United, where he netteed 183 times. He scored 15 in his first stint with Everton from 2002-2004.
He has now become just the second player to accomplish the feat after Alan Shearer, who finished his career with 260 goals in the Premier League, which began under its current format in 1992.
Rooney is also the all-time England goal-scorer with 53 for the national team.

GOVERNOR FAYOSE TO APOLOGISE TO Mr. PRESIDENT OR FACE HEADSMEN ATTACK

The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, the umbrella body of Fulani Herdsmen, on Monday warned the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose to tender an unreserved apology to President Muhammadu Buhari over his disparaging comments on the President’s health.
The National Coordinator of the body, Alhaji Garus Gololo, warned that should Fayose fail to apologise to Buhari, the body will drag him to court.

Speaking in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, Gololo said rather than execute his constitutional duty of providing good governance which he was elected for, Fayose chose to attack Buhari while on a hospital bed.
According to Gololo, “We MACBA have met at our level here and resolved that the Ekiti State governor should publicly apologise to Nigeria’s President who he had mocked and made several comments he is not morally and professionally supposed to.
“We know that while other Nigerians were praying for PMB quick recovery, Fayose was praying for Mr. President to die. He even went ahead asking people to begin to address him as the next president of Nigeria while Buhari is still alive, but thank God, Buhari did not die.
“So, our president is back to the country to continue with the governance of Nigeria. It is now our turn to demand Fayose to apologize or we will go after him legally.”

A MUST READ... SEYI LAW VOICE OUT HIS POLITICAL OPINION

Comedian Seyi Law took to Instagram to list the different kinds of political supporters in Nigeria.  Read below:

It goes without saying that there are different kinds of political supporters and they are all in the support systems for different reasons. Let's categorise them ased on these reasons.
INTEREST SUPPORTERS: This category is filled with a lot of the rich guys, a few contracts seekers and the hopeful financial beneficiaries. It is all about selfish interests. He will work in our favour kind of guys. Let's invest and pull the He-Owe- Us cards. These guy are in all the parties.
PAID SUPPORTERS: This category is the flock of the hungry. These people are mostly common in Africa. The political class keep them hungry through lack of education, inflation and unemployment. A few buck and they throw caution to the wind. They are very gullible, but can influence electoral results a great deal.
EDUCATED ILLITERATE SUPPORTERS: This group is the saddest group. They are only as educated as the course of study without broaden knowledge. They are shallow minded and can read stupidity into meaning discussions. I call them the BRILLIANT FOOLS. They can argue out of context and are very loud. They can't be easily corrected, but a little tweak in their direction and they are brainwashed.
ETHNIC AFFILIATED SUPPORTERS: These guys are dangerous to a good political process. They play the ethnic cards very well. They are the ones who shout, he is our thief, you can touch him. They bring ethnicity into every political discussions and no other tribe is ever good enough no matter the achievements. They are quick to dismiss achievements with a few wrongs. They always want to play the perfection.
GENUINE BUT PARTY BINDED SUPPORTERS: This category is that of the few good guys who know the truth, but have been caged or imprisoned by party affiliation and deep relationship. These guys are the ones that tell you the truth and their frustration in private, but are mute in public due to fear factors. I call them the COWARDS. If you can't say it in public, keep it in your privacy. I don't care.
ELECTION DAY PAID SUPPORTERS: The reason I didn't add this people to the Paid supporters is because they only come out on election day and.
Vote for the highest bidder: These guys can vote multi parties on election day for different offices according to the highest payers. They are just the uncouth fools.

THUG SUPPORTERS: Dangerous and armed. They cause chaos at rallies and election venues. The sad thing is most lose their lives on money that is not worth it. We know them so I won't eleborate.
PATRIOTIC SUPPORTERS: These are the real MVPs. They are politically neutral. They speak for the good of all and don't hide under political correctness. They speak the bitter truth. These people are hardly spoken about in public and highly abused. Only few of them are young are willing to risk it. Just my observation, you may have more, do educate us. Thanks

JAY Z FINALLY DROPS THE BOMB ON HIS FIGHT WITH BEYONCE'S SISTER

Beyonce's husband, 47-year-old rapper, Jay Z, finally talks about the elevator fight which was famously caught on camera when his sister-in-law, singer Solange, attacked him in an elevator after the Met Gala in 2014.
He said that fight was a one off thing, insisting that the unfortunate incident was not typical of their relationship. He said things are 'cool' between himself and Solange and that he considers her his 'sister'.
Speaking during an interview on the Rap Radar podcast he said:
'We've always had a great relationship. I fought my brothers and argued with my brothers my whole life. It just so happens, who we are, these things go into a different space, but it ain't nothing.
'We've had one disagreement ever,' he claimed in the new interview, recorded on Sunday.
He added: 'Before and after, we've been cool. She's like my sister. I will protect her. That's my sister. Not my sister-in-law. My sister.'
Jay went on to praise the 'incredible' work of both his wife and her sister, Solange, after being asked about the joke that the elevator incident - which was rumoured to have been sparked by him allegedly being unfaithful - had sparked three great albums, his own 4:44, Beyoncé's Lemonade and Solange's A Seat At The Table.
He said: 'I think we went into that elevator great artists. That don't surprise me.
Solange had a surprise hit with her third studio album, released in September 2016, hitting the top of the Billboard 200 album's chart in it's first week of sale.
'I've always loved Solange's music. I think she was slept on before this album. I thought the album before this one was amazing too. Incredible artist.'
